Construction

Construction recruitment involves the process of hiring skilled professionals for various roles within the construction industry and regulated site work. This encompasses finding qualified candidates for positions from Labourers right through to SMSTS Site Managers. In addition to blue collar workers we also supply all white collar staffing covering positions such as Graduates, Draughtsman, CAD Designers & Detailers, Estimators, Contracts Managers & Project Managers. Engineering

Engineering and welding recruitment focuses on finding candidates from the correct background sectors, allowing them to bring their technical knowledge, ability and know-how. We are heavily involved in the supply of Fabricator / Welders within the construction sector where our knowledge and understanding of materials & welding devices ensures we can provide welders to cover both workshop and site locations. Many of these men are CODED or have been previously. We are heavily focused in the Structural Steel, Architectural Metalwork, Agricultural, Piping, Plant & Utility sectors.

Industrial

Within the industrial sector Health & Safety is always at the forefront of any working production or manufacturing environment. We frequently visit our customers' premises and are aware of exactly the correct people that are required to work within these environments. We always ensure that candidates are made fully aware of the expectations and workflow involved within this sector. More often than not we are able to supply candidates with previous experience in Production / Manufacturing, Packaging, Processing orders and Dispatching. Many of these workers will require an FLT license in either counter balance or reach. We have a substantial database of FLT operators that are immediately available across the whole of the UK.

Education / Office

For several years now we have supplied DBS registered staff into Schools across the UK. The number one priority in any School is the safeguarding of children. We supply DBS registered Caretakers, Teaching Assistants / LSA's, SENCO (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators), Kitchen Cooks / Assistants, Midday Supervisors & Cleaners. All of these candidates are strictly vetted with 2 written references and a valid DBS certificate. These positions are often difficult to fill; we have worked very hard in this sector to now have people immediately available subject to you meeting the candidate face to face. These people will always be local and it's imperative in our opinion that you meet them before commencing employment. In addition, we also supply School Receptionists, Office Administrators,Book Keepers, Finance Assistants, Graduate Accountants & Qualified Accountants.
